Turkey 1 to 1 Correspondence Cards

Share:

6 pages.

It's so important to continue practicing 1-to-1 correspondence with little ones, so that this remains interesting and fun for them, switch things up with a seasonal theme.  Laminate the cards and put them in your math center, with an assortment of manipulatives.

I used flat-backed rhinestones in the photo.  My little girls especially enjoyed anything to do with "bling".  Pony beads are also great for this fine motor skill activity as are a tub of buttons.

I made separate cards for larger numbers, so children are less likely to bump their work and send things flying.  Younger students can also work on lower numbers and then progress to counting up to 10.  There's 2 on a page to make printing easier.

I've also included a blank template for you to program with higher numbers, as well as one in black and white, so that children can color their cards and glue items to the turkeys.
