Return Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Since customers are able to view samples of all paper products downloads are non-refundable. However, we stand by our products and want our customers to be happy and completely satisfied. If you should find a mistake or something else amiss in your download, please contact us immediately and we will make the corrections and right the problem ASAP then send you a new download.

Magic tricks ARE refundable if defective in some way.  Let us know and we’ll send you a replacement. We also stand by the quality and performance of our products. If you aren’t satisfied, let us know and we’ll give you a refund or merchandise credit.

At this time we no longer carry the magic tricks.  We are leaving this information in, should it become pertinent again.

WHEN do items need to be returned?
TeachWithMe.com must be notified of any defective merchandise within 7 days after delivery.  If an item needs to be returned to TeachWithMe.com, it must be received by TeachWithMe.com within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

HOW do customers return items?
Any item being returned to TeachWithMe.com must have a return merchandise authorization number provided by TeachWithMe.com. No returns will be accepted unless they have a return merchandise authorization number. Any item returned for defective workmanship should be returned in person, by US Postal service or common carrier.

SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.  If something was broken because of the mail service, the customer needs to make a claim with the carrier, not with TeachWithMe.com

CREDIT for returns?
TeachWithMe.com will, replace or issue a merchandise credit, or credit your credit card the original purchase price. (Customer choice.)

Packing materials?
Any item authorized for return must be returned to TeachWithMe.com undamaged and in its original packaging.

How do I obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number?
