Why not have your students help create the decorations for your classroom with this cute cow-themed "welcome" banner perfect for farm-decorated classrooms!  On the 1st day, when things are hectic, it's nice to have an independent activity that students can do.

The "saying" portion of the banner, also comes in black and white.  So that you have enough "pieces" for each child, do a duplicate to hang back-to-back, so that your banner looks great from both sides.  Suspend it across the ceiling of your room or hallway.  For more pizzazz add ribbon bows, between each letter and on both ends of the banner.
